The secluded location of Seerock allowed us to enjoy the abundant wildlife and beautifully manicured landscapes. The staff always had a genuine smile on their faces and greeted us warmly throughout our stay. We had a blissful time with our friends, enjoying the adventurous activities, peaceful moments by the pool, and soaking up the sun in our private plunge pools. The divine food, especially the Sri Lankan dishes prepared by the passionate head chef, added to the overall excellent service and experience. The yoga session on our private deck with Siri was a journey of enlightenment, deepening our love for yoga. The hotel manager, Angela, was just a phone call away, always ensuring our comfort and happiness. We felt very lucky to have met such a wonderful team.
Felt like family, no request was too much trouble.

The hotel is a small and intimate resort located in a remote and peaceful area. the staff offers highly personalized and friendly service. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated with local motifs, and equipped with a mini-fridge and a cookie jar refilled daily. the breakfast is included and personalized according to guests' preferences. the hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding rice fields, and some guests reported seeing wild animals like elephants and peacocks.
The hotel's location may be challenging for those who want to explore other restaurants and shops as it is far from the main road and takes a while to reach by foot or tuk-tuk.

The hotel's exquisite decoration with beautiful cottages surrounded by lotus ponds and peacocks roaming around created a magical ambiance that delighted my senses. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the jacuzzi inside the room was a pleasant surprise that allowed me to relax after a tiring day. Moreover, the friendly and intuitive staff made me feel like a cherished guest, attending to my needs without even having to ask. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, ensuring a hassle-free experience for people like me.
I would have appreciated more options catering specifically to senior guests.

The room I stayed in was absolutely luxurious and had exclusive amenities. the venue was serene and provided a peaceful environment. Staff were attentive and fulfilled my needs. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local options, and the Sri Lankan curries were the best I had tasted in Sri Lanka. the swimming pool was amazing and the outdoor area was well-maintained.
The menu at the restaurant was limited, but the food was still tasty. the variety of desserts was not as abundant as the rest of the meals.

Spent New Year's at this hidden gem, and it was amazing! the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay extremely pleasant. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were many channels to choose from on the TV. the location was perfect, not too far from main attractions, but still secluded enough to offer a peaceful retreat. the property had stunning views from the bar and restaurant, and the food was scrumptious with the chef coming to get our feedback personally.
The limited options for food outside the restaurant, which was unfortunate if you wanted a change of scenery. the pool would turn off pretty early at around 7:30 pm, which somewhat limited pool time.
